"Advanced Search" allows one to enumerate the many choices you have when further determining the search criteria.  Over and above the functions of the "Basic Search," the "Advanced protocol allows all the Basic Search functions plus the addition of many more factors/variables to be considered in helping to refine your search ever further, by now including items such as "Subdivision," "Schools," "Interior Features," "Flooring," Garage Type," and many more as you see in the form directly below. 

Also as an added advantage, you may if you choose add multiple items within each category of the pull-down lists by simply holding down the control key on your keyboard while simultaneously clicking on the item chosen with your mouse.  Of course, your requests for different search criteria can be executed over and over again to your heart's content.

When you've finished in sufficiently refining your search, just click on search and your results will open up in a new window.
