"Basic Search" allows one to construct a search based on the most common factors in determining your preferred search criteria, such "Property Type," "City," "County," "Zip Code," as well as "Price," number of "Bedrooms" and "Baths," etc.   If you wish to further refine your search, click on the Advanced Search link below to be able to considered more factors such as "Subdivision," "Schools," "Interior Features," "Flooring," Garage Type," and many more.

Also as an added advantage, you may if you choose add multiple items within each category of the pull-down lists by simply holding down the control key on your keyboard while simultaneously clicking on the item chosen with your mouse.  Of course, your requests for different search criteria can be executed over and over again to your heart's content.

When you've finished in sufficiently refining your search, just click on search and your results will open up in a new window.
