Once that is done, you will have full access to all account privileges, being able to save your favorite properties and searches in your own account, automatically receive email updates on newly added MLS properties that match your search criteria, save and manage new criteria, all easily accessed by logging-in on this site.

What you can expect: Once registered, you'll need to log-in each time you visit this website to access your personal Property Manager. Either log-in immediately by passing your mouse over the left navigation menu, first "Register with Kathleen," and then click on the "Personalized Property Manager," or wait until you find a property or search criteria you want saved. Even if you hadn't yet logged-in, you may at any time simply click on the "Save Property" link located in the search results pages, and you will automatically be prompted to log-in then, and whatever you chose to save will be saved to your account. Each time you log-in for a session thereafter, you will notice a special "Tool Bar" added to all search pages:
and will remain for the entirety of the current session, allowing you easy and immediate access to your saved files. Again, this special "Tool Bar" only appears after you've logged-in for a session. If you don't see it, it just means that you haven't yet logged-in.
